Available on an annual licence basis, this CD-Rom contains:
- Assessment Report Form: this final report form presents information in a user-friendly format for the panel and decision maker to review. In six sections, it allows assessors to record and review their progress, summarise checks and present their evidence for the skills assessment.
-Assessor’s Toolkit: a selection of useful tools for the assessing social workers. Includes observation records and reference forms, as well as sample letters and a matrix to record the evidence collected.
